You can order your Travelcard/s and elect to have them delivered to you anywhere in the world. We have also included a Federal Express option for your added convenience. Can I change my Travelcard dates after I have made my purchase? No. You will receive in the mail dated Travelcards for the time frame that you have specified. This cannot be changed once dated. Can I seek a refund for my Travelcard purchase? There are no refunds or exchanges once the purchase has been made. Transport How does the Travelcard work? The Travelcard is date stamped for the dates you wish to use it. It can be used within Zones 1-6 on London’s buses, Underground and National Rail Trains, Docklands Lightrail, Tramlink and waterbus services. Show your Travelcard to conductors on the bus, and simply put it through the turnstiles at train stations. How far does the Travelcard take me? How far do Zones 1-6 cover? Is the transport limited to certain times of the day? 1 & 3 day Travelcards are valid for use from 9:30am until 04:00am the following morning. 7 day Travelcards incur no restrictions. They are valid for use on consecutive calendar days as requested, and expire at 04:00 am the morning following expiry date. Can I use the Travelcard from the airport? You may use your Travelcard from Heathrow and London City Airports. If you are flying into Heathrow, you will be able to use your Travelcard straight away on the Underground. If you are flying into London City Airport, you will be able to use your Travelcard to board bus services, which connect with Underground and DLR services.
